For 75 years, through the help of supporters like you, Spinal Cord Injury Ontario has been breaking down barriers for people living with spinal cord injury. In honour of this incredible legacy, we are recruiting 75 barrier-busting champions across the province to join our virtual demolition crew. Will you join us today?

This July, we’re launching #rollingthroughbarriers, an online challenge dedicated to raising awareness and essential funds for people living with spinal cord injury. Between July 20th and July 30th, we’re challenging you to share a video or photo of yourself breaking down barriers.
