I have created a network of realtors across the province with whom I work. These realtors are retired nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists or have other backgrounds working with people with special needs. A few do not have a medical background, but they often have personal family experience in accessibility.

Buying an Accessible Home
When someone contacts me about one of these listings, I can refer them to the realtor in my network that works in that part of Ontario.
If you are already working with a realtor, with a signed Agency Relationship, then I must work only with your realtor. In that case, please have your realtor contact me directly.
Selling an Accessible Home
Only the listings that I am directly involved with are highlighted in this section. If you want to sell your accessible house or condo and you do not yet have a realtor, you can contact me. I will either list your house myself or I can co-list your house with a knowledgeable realtor who is in your geographical area. Your house would be highlighted in this section with pictures and a full description.

Please note that this list is changing all the time…you are welcome to contact me to see if there are accessible houses available that meet your needs in the area that you prefer…there are many houses that have good accessibility features…but not necessarily enough accessibility features to meet the criteria to get onto this list. Some of these houses just need modifications to make them fully accessible. You are welcome to contact me to see if we can find just the right house to meet your needs.
If you know of any accessible apartments/houses that are available or will be available soon, please let me know. I have a long waiting list of people looking & hoping to find something soon. Am interested in locations throughout Ontario.
